Rosie Gitsham

Rosie joined Marsha and her team in April 2022. Rosie thrives in organisations that promote fairness and inclusion. She is known for being a supportive person with a friendly nature who can bring people together and share experiences. Rosie is curious, bold and considerate. 

Her key skill is project co-ordination and her strengths lie in her ability to organise and prioritise multiple projects, being flexible and proactive.    

Rosie has experience of trusts, digital, corporate and major donor fundraising from local arts and health charities. She has success in small local trusts and foundations and national trusts and government funding.

Having experienced self development courses and coaching, Rosie is interested and keen in developing her experience as a mentor, so she can share her skills with others.   

Rosie is a Guide leader and enjoys cross stich, sea swimming and walking..but not at the same time!
