Not at all. Although our office is based in Devon we work predominately online and cover the whole of the South West, and further afield. If we needed to visit your organisation, we would discuss this at our initial meeting with you to let you know the likely costs.
No. We also work with Community Interest Companies, Not for Profit limited companies and individuals.
It depends on what type of support you require. For example, if you are looking for ongoing retainer work, we would allow a couple of months from your initial enquiry to project start. This allows us to allocate your work to the team and ensures we gather all the relevant information from you. If you require mentoring or coaching the time frame is likely to be shorter. We will discuss all of this at your initial meeting.
Our initial Charity Check–In provides you with a free 30-minute meeting where we can hear about your challenges. We use a coaching approach to ask you questions and help you to discover and plan your next steps. This could be receiving further input from us, or signposting to other resources or organisations.
Yes, we encourage all new clients to speak to an existing or past MMC client. It helps you to ask the questions that you have about working with a consultancy. There is no better way that hearing it from someone who has been there.
Depending on what type of support and for how long, will indicate how much this will cost. We are open and clear on our pricing, and we offer payment plans for organisations who wish to spread the cost of support over a period of months.
