Our strategic services are usually costed using a set day rate. The number of days work each strategic service entails will be discussed and adapted for each charity to ensure it meets your own needs and budget.
These services are delivered by our Senior Strategic and Marketing Consultant, Lisa, who brings 25+ years’ experience across marketing, project delivery and strategic planning in both the charity and commercial sectors.
Where additional capacity or specific specialist skills are needed, we may bring in a strategic consultant from our wider network.

Business Planning
A practical short- to medium-term plan (typically 1–3 years) covering how your organisation will operate, fund itself and track progress.
Who is our Business Planning Service for? New charities and CICs applying for funding, or organisations reviewing how they work.
What does this include? A full organisational overview covering finances, impact, marketing, operations, risk and more.
How is this delivered? One-to-one sessions, followed by expert drafting to create a clear, funder-friendly plan that avoids jargon and gets straight to the point.

Strategic Planning
This is about the bigger picture – shaping your long-term direction, setting priorities and making confident decisions to support sustainable growth.
Who is this for? Larger or more complex organisations, or those reviewing their long-term purpose.
What does this include? Mission and goals, SWOT/PESTLE analysis, resource planning and success measures – all grounded in what matters most to your organisation.
What will you get? A clear, practical strategy you can take to your board – one that reflects your values and supports real progress, not just words on a page.
Hybrid Business Planning & Strategy

Impact Reporting
Show what’s working with a report that’s useful, honest, and ready to share with funders, trustees, or your wider community.
