I hold a Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring Qualification and I am a practitioner level member of the EMCC. My mission is to help Executive Charity Leaders; CEO’s, Senior Level Charity Managers and CIC Directors seeking to develop leadership skills, navigate career changes, or achieve a better work-life balance.

I work with Executive Charity Leaders; CEO’s, Senior Level Managers and CIC Directors seeking to develop leadership skills, navigate career changes, or achieve a better work-life balance.
I work with Executive Charity Leaders who:

Freelance for Good
You may be currently working for a charity and be contemplating going freelance. I support those new to self-employment. My area of expertise is for people working in the social purpose sector, these include fundraisers, coaches, business and community development specialists amongst others.
I also work with established freelancers who are seeking support in taking the next step and setting up a limited company structure. You may need help with navigating tax implications, recruiting staff and general scaling up support.

Purpose & Profit
If you are involved in running a social purpose business I can help.
You may be a Director, or an employee, you may work with others, or you may work alone. I have worked with people who have been in the early stages of planning to set up a social business and have worked with those who already run one.
